Complimentary cleaning twice per month is provided by the owner. There is a wood stove in the lower level with firewood provided plus a Recreation Room with pool table. All modern amenities are provided including a ski gear drying area in the basement. Highland Ridge House sleeps a maximum of 6 persons and is NOT pet friendly. The rental is for the entire east wing of the chalet. The west wing is locked off but the owners will not be there during winter and so you won't have anyone there in the west wing. The house is located in a private development with snowshoe trails outside your front door.
