Although all of our Jay Peak vacation rentals have kitchens, if cooking isn't part of your vacation plan, we have some wonderful restaurants in the Jay Peak area sure to please.

Hours many vary so do check directly with these restaurants and pubs in northern Vermont.

The Black Lantern

The Black Lantern Inn is a proud member of the Vermont Fresh Network, and walk the walk in terms of sourcing local food.  Their chef and kitchen team work hard to have an ongoing relationship sourcing local products and working with farmers to ensure the best possible quality product for their customers.

A Traveling sushi truck evolved into an Asian inspired restaurant nestled in the hills of northern VT about 5 minutes from Jay Peak Resort offering superb Asian Fushion dining in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. If you don't want sushi, that isn't a problem.  The menu is diverse and you are sure to find something to rave about.

Bernie's Restaurant

Bernie's is a family restaurant that has served the community for decades.  It is nearly always open from 7 am until 10 pm.  Not to be missed are their Mexican food nights!

Jay Village Inn Restaurant

 

Located on the "other" side of the mountain away from Montgomery Center lies JVI, long a local favorite.  Excellent food provided in copious amounts in a friendly, welcoming manner.  A stop at this restaurant will quickly show visitors why JVI is such a special place.​

Phoenix House 1835

A local favorite restaurant, Phoenix House 1835 is located about a mile from the Canadian Border and is open from Thursdays to Sundays.  Great food, great prices and very friendly staff make the drive ​worthwhile.
