This pet friendly vacation rental is just 10 minutes from Jay Peak Resort where you can enjoy superb alpine skiing and snowboarding, snowmobile rentals, snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing - any and all winter sports that you enjoy. It provides an affordable Vermont lodging option for the entire family.
Sleeping arrangements are:
Master bedroom - 1 full size bed
2nd bedroom - 1 full bottom bunk and 1 twin on top.
Living Room - 1 full size pull out sofa bed. (Linens are in the trunk against the wall.
It is decorated with an eclectic assortment of furnishings from around the world plus some Vermont antiques chosen with care in keeping with the soothing calm nature of this Northeast Kingdom vacation rental apartment. With an "old-world" feel,the Elm Street Apartment still has all modern amenities including wifi, with the exception of telephone service, but cell phones generally work well in this part of the Northeast Kingdom.

Feel free to take your pet with you as you explore all that the Northeast Kingdom has to offer. In summer there is trout fishing, swimming holes with crystal clear water, hiking trails, kayaking, horseback riding....the list is endless right down to geocaching in the Northeast Kingdom but you'll need to bring your own GPS.

Rental Terms
- Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Mastercard and Visa accepted.
- Two night minimum except holiday period when 3 night minimum applies.
- There is a cleaning fee of $40 which is a one time charge.
- Vermont Rooms tax of 9% is applied to above rates.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Non-refundable pet fee of $75 is required if bringing your pet.
- No smoking permitted in this apartment.
- No refunds are given for weather conditions.
