Each room of Jay Brook Manor’s three full floors is bright
and airy. You’ll enjoy the home’s extra large kitchen,
separate dining room, living room and family room. Work out in the
basement’s complete and
state-of-the-art fitness room.
In the winter, play in our famous 350 inches of snow per year.
With its magnificent view of Jay Peak from the living room, you’re
only minutes from the ski slopes. Local winter activities include
Jay Peak skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snowshoeing, sleigh
rides and dog sledding.
During the warmer months, picture yourself relaxing on our 77 foot-
long, wrap-around sundeck. You’ll be lulled into tranquility
from
the sounds of crystal clear rushing water from our brook. The sights
will take your breath away as you are surrounded by our beautifully
